Each item is hand crafted. All sales are final on custom affirmation orders.

Items are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. Often times I will have a saucy saying bracelet in stock and can ship within 1 day of the order. Custom orders may take up to 5 business days depending on my show season. I am sometimes traveling to an art festival and am not in the studio for four or five days. Rings orders with gemstone settings and custom orders usually take 5 business days but may take up to 7 business days to make depending on the art festival season. Please take a look on the SHOW page to see my schedule if you have a concern about ordering and receiving something in a specific time frame.

I ship and insure through the USPS. If you have an urgent request for shipping please call me at 1.800.545.1104 PST to see if your purchase can be mailed right away.

Return policy:

Great care is taken in creating a high quality product. All sales are final on custom message orders. Other products may be exchanged for a different size or gemstone color within 14 days of purchase with a copy of the sales receipt.

Repairs:

Each piece of Saucy Jewelry is made with great attention to detail. The highest quality of materials are used. If your jewelry is damaged due to normal wear and tear, during the life of the product, I am happy to do a repair for you. A minimal fee may apply. Please carefully bubble wrap and return to me with a brief explanation of how the item was damaged and send to me at:

I choose to invest in a high quality snake chain for all pendants. Replacement of chains are also available for a fee of $20.
